This policy explains how the personal data of users visiting the website portalefornitore.it (the "Site") is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law. The Site is an informational showcase of the Vendor Portal product; it is not the supplier-only application, which has its own privacy notice presented at sign-in.

2. Data processed and cookies used
The Site requires no registration and collects no identifying data for simple browsing. It uses only the following categories of tools:
- Consent preference (technical): your choice about statistics cookies is stored locally in your browser (local storage, not a profiling cookie) only to remember your decision. No consent required.
- Statistics / measurement cookies (third party): a third-party web analytics service collects, only with your consent, aggregated information about Site usage (pages viewed, visit duration, device type and general traffic source) for analysis and improvement purposes. The IP address is processed in anonymized form. These tools stay disabled until consent is given and are not used for advertising or individual profiling.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Statistics data is processed to understand how the Site is used and to improve its content and usability. The legal basis is the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), freely given and withdrawable at any time. For purely technical tools the basis is the legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the Site.
4. Managing and withdrawing consent
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline statistics cookies. Collection only happens after acceptance. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browsing data. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Retention
Aggregated statistics data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and in any case according to the retention periods of the analytics tool (typically up to a maximum of 14 months for detailed data). The consent preference remains stored in your browser until you delete it.
6. Recipients and non-EU transfers
Statistics data may be processed by third-party providers acting as data processors that may also operate outside the European Union. In such cases the transfer is based on adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Details about the analytics tool used are available on request from the controller.
7. Data subject rights
At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to info@portalefornitore.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes to this policy
The controller may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to how the Site works. The current version is always published on this page together with its last-updated date.
